British
VOGUE, April 1983 |
|
|
This
double page spread was part of my first 6 page editorial fashion
assignment for British VOGUE. I suggested using one of my
favorites, Vanessa Angel, a British model, who was already succesful
in New York. Fortunately she was able to work it in to her
schedule, and we had a great shoot. VOGUE flew me into London
for the job. Juliet Hughes-Hallet was my fashion editor for this
story, and the wonderful Liz Tilberis was also on hand to lend her
support. Mark
Hayles did the make-up and Nickey Clarke the hair.
See another
shot of Vanessa Angel that was taken a month earlier in Paris
for Linea Italia magazine, featuring fashion from Azzedine Alia.
