Annika
was photographed for JOYCE magazine on location in Paris.
The light in Paris can be very tricky due to the frequent heavy
cloud cover, which is not always directional enough to provide flattering
light for women. It can tend to make everything look gloomy
and ugly if your not careful. This is even more true when
shooting with chrome film, which of course we did. You need
to be very precise with your exposures. There is not a lot
of room for error. However if you modify the light, you can
achieve nice results. From a 8 page editorial fashion story
on furs.
Steve
shot with a Nikon F3, with a Nikkor 200mm f2lens. Fujichrome
Professional film developed at Studio Daguerre in Paris. Joel
Bui assisted on these two shoots.
